The reduction of packaging is a key lever for meeting regulatory targets for 2030 and satisfying consumer expectations regarding environmental impact.

To mark the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR), we’ll be holding an event on the first of the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) at which we’ll be sharing progress made with implementing household packaging reduction measures.

After highlighting the projects selected as part of the 2025 call for proposals, our experts will present the conclusions of studies conducted on the definition of unnecessary packaging, alternatives to single-use plastic packaging, and the progress made by sectoral working groups on reducing empty space in distance selling and promotional multipacks.
